13 — The eye behind the lens

Every frame should feel like a moment you'd want to relive.

I'm Yedukrishna Suresh. I grew up in Alappuzha — the backwater town on the Kerala coast where the light moves slow across the water and an ordinary afternoon already looks like a film. Kerala hands you cinema early, and Malayalam movies were the world I grew up inside long before I ever thought of standing behind a camera myself.

That pull carried me onto film sets — my craft comes from cinema. I've shot cinematography and on-set stills for the Malayalam features Soothravakyam and Baby Girl; on a set, the still is the film's first trailer, and the job is catching the single frame that makes you feel the whole story.

These days I move between Bangalore and Dubai — shooting fashion editorials, brand films and content for people who care how they're remembered. A designer lookbook in Bengaluru, a commercial film in Dubai: different cities, the same belief that a frame is worth slowing down for.

And I'm building beyond the camera. YKS now has a full marketing wing — an AI-powered operation where I run strategy, content, Google & Meta ads and lead generation for brands across India and the UAE, end to end. I'm also building Aureo Space, a creative growth studio. The camera taught me how attention works; now I build the whole machine around it.
